UO employees: who you gonna call… during the Trials?

With thousands of visitors for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials coming to campus July 1-10, UO employees may need help dealing with unexpected concerns.

Here are the numbers they can call, and for what needs at what times:

Why: Life-threatening emergencies, crimes in progress

Who: Normal Campus Operations Customer Service: 541-346-2319
When: M-F, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Why: Custodial needs, building or grounds damage

Who: UOPD Dispatch: 541-346-2919
When: 24 hours per day
Why: Safety concerns, crimes, suspicious conditions, non-emergency medical problems, safety escorts

Who: UO Emergency Operations Center: 541-346-9550
When: Daily during Trials event hours
Why: Situations related specifically to the Olympic Trials

Who: Safety & Risk Services On-Call: 541-603-8970
When: 24 hours per day (outside Trials event hours)
Why: Situations related to the Trials, if no one is available in the Emergency Operations Center
