The shots-fired incident from early Saturday morning in a University of Oregon-owned parking lot at Kincaid Street and 14th Avenue is still under investigation by law enforcement. As of 3:30 a.m. police have secured the scene. The suspect has not been located, but police don’t consider the incident an ongoing threat to the public. More information will be provided when possible.
