Eugene Police on May 5 released the name of the victim of a fatal shooting in a University of Oregon-owned parking lot at Kincaid Street and 14th Avenue: Alex Oyombe Gradin, 21 of Eugene, was a student at Lane Community College.

Police are also asking to hear from any ride-hailing services with car-mounted video or other witness information, that might have been in the area around the time of the shooting, about 1:44 a.m. on May 4. Call Eugene Police non-emergency at 541-682-5111.
