The shots-fired incident from early Saturday morning in a University of Oregon-owned parking lot at Kincaid Street and 14th Avenue is still under investigation by law enforcement. As of 3:30 a.m. police have secured the scene. The suspect has not been located, but police don’t consider the incident an ongoing threat to the public. More information will be provided when possible.

Campus community members should notify law enforcement of any relevant information or suspicious circumstances immediately. People can call UO Police at 541-346-2919, or Eugene Police at 541-682-5111, or in an emergency always call 9-1-1.
